This pie is easy to make and requires no cooking and is so yummy! A Christmas favorite of my family and friends. This recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly and the infirm do not consume raw eggs.

Banana Split Pie is an easy no-bake banana dessert made with a graham cracker pie crust full of cream cheese, sliced bananas, whipped cream, pineapple, fudge topping and cherries. A refreshing banana split dessert that is easy to make and serve.

Ingredients

Recipe for 8 people

6 bananas
1 shortcrust pastry
50 g brown sugar
25g butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Spread the shortcrust pastry on a sheet of baking paper. Prick the dough with a fork.

Bake the tart for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, let cool.

Peel and cut the bananaas into small pieces. Then reduce everything to a puree using a fork.

Melt the butter witth the brown sugar and add the mashed bananas. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add the vanilla essence, mix. Place the filling in the pie pan.

Bake the tart again in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 45 minutes. Take the pie out of tthe oven and let cool before serving.
