Chocolate chip orange cake

Just mix oranges, milk and eggs to make a delicious cake!


1 orange;
3 eggs;
380 g (3 cups) all-purpose flour;
1 medium orange;
120 ml (1⁄2 cup) milk;
120 ml (1⁄2 cup) vegetable oil;
180 g (1 cup) sugar;
16 g (3 1⁄3 c. soup) chemical yeast;
A pinch of salt;
80 g (1⁄2 cup) chocolate chips.


Slice unpeeled oranges and mix with eggs, milk and vegetable oil.
When the mixture is smooth and there are no orange bits left, add the sugar, salt, flour and chemical yeast. Nix to smooth consistency
Incorporate the chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour batter into a tapered mold of sulphurized paper and bake at 180°C/350°F for 50 minutes.
Once the cake is cooled, remove it from the mold and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
