Cowboy Spaghetti

* 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
* 1 onion, diced
* 1 can kidney beans
* 1 can tomato sauce
* 1 can Rotel chili fixins
* 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
* 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
* 2 tbsp chili powder
* 1 tbsp cumin
* 1 ½ tsp garlic salt
* 1 tsp pepper
* 1 tsp oregano
* 12 ounces thin linguine pasta, cooked and drained, set aside


Preheat oven to 350*

Add the chopped onion and the hamburger
Cook until the meat is done and onions softened

Add in the beans
Add in the spices and remaining ingredients, except the pasta

Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Add in the cooked pasta, raise heat to medium

fire roasted tomatoes
Mix well and place into a cast iron skillet

Top with shredded cheese and optional jalapeno peppers
Bake for 30 minutes, be sure the cheese has melted
