Use Montreal Steak Marinade instead of salt and pepper. Sprinkle the dry marinade right out of the pouch onto each side of the chicken. It’s loaded with garlic and peppercorn, a little goes a long way. When done, remove chicken and stir cooked rice into skillet to pick up garlic and brown sugar!!

We really liked this recipe. I used skinless, boneless thighs as that is what I had. I also melted the butter in an oven proof dish, added the garlic, salt, pepper and brown sugar to the dish and then added the chicken, coating it well. I baked it at 400 for 50 minutes, turning chicken in middle.

This is so good. So insanely, deliciously good. I like to cut the chicken into chunks and toss it with the brown sugar and garlic for more even coverage.

My whole family loved this recipe. I served with sweet potatoes and brown rice. The sauce for the chicken is great to add to the rice. It was a very tasty meal. Will add to the rotation

Really great recipe, I love quick and easy recipes that taste great. Just a suggestions for those people who felt that it was missing something, try adding 1/2 to 1 tbsp of soy sauce to add more flavour.

This is absolutely delicious! I substituted a tbsp of olive oil for the butter and added some extra garlic (because I love garlic). By far one of the quickest, tastiest dishes I’ve made!

Hooray! Finally, a chicken recipe that my extremely picky teenage daughter will eat! After I removed the chicken from the skillet, I sauteed some green, red, and yellow peppers and some onion, then tossed my serving of chicken and sauce back in the pan to mix it all together. YUMMY!

This recipe was excellent! I added pineapple at the end and added the brownish garlic back before finishing cooking the chicken..Uumm delicious! My husband loved it! I will do it again.

This was delicious AND my 3.5 year old ate it! I’m always looking for recipes the wholefamily will eat. 2 TBS of butter just seemed like a lot (not so much for calories but just for the way I cook) so I used less, and more garlic. And it turned out very well. Fast, easy, and family friendly.

Ooh my god this was so good. i increased the garlic because i love it my sister who is not one for trying new things is still raving about it and has given the green light to make it again her only request is i increase the amount of sauce that is on the chicken we had it with rice& mixed vegetables

I adjusted the recipe some.. i chopped up the chicken into small pieces because of time, and i made this with brown rice and mixed it all together. i also added spinach – it seemed to need something since i mixed it with the rice. but this recipe is AMAZING!

Wow, what an interesting mix. I used Olive oil instead of butter and lemon pepper as someone else had suggested. I also cooked some yellow peppers in the “sauce” that was left.
Everything was great! Next time I think I want to try Veggie pepper though.

You’ll Need:

2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.

4 minced garlic cloves.

4 tbsps of brown sugar.

3 tsps of olive oil.

How to:

Sauté the garlic with oil in a small sauté pan until tender, turn off the heat and stir in the brown sugar.

In a lightly greased casserole dish, place the chicken breasts and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

In a preheated oven to 500° bake for 15 to 30 minutes and enjoy!

Easy, peasy and sweet! I serve this chicken with some rice and veggie salad, it’s so good! When I cook this, I usually place a layer of tinfoil in the casserole dish and spray it with cooking spray so i can easy clean the casserole!
