2 large eggs

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

6 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded

How to Make German Potato Pancakes:

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the shredded potatoes and chopped onion until well combined.
