Ingredients:
- 375 gr of flour
- 5 gr dry yeast
- 5 gr of salt
- 280 ml warm water
Directions:
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and pour the water.
- Knead the dough until everything is integrated and form a loaf.
- Leave to rise until doubled in volume.
- Then divide it into four parts and form the baguettes, let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Bake at 400°F (200°-230°) for 20 minutes.
