Okay I went with a high setting for two and a half hours since I forgot to start it this morning. I added scallions and could not find fresh green beans, sadly. So I have to go with French cut, Frozen which I will add later. We will see. I am excited!

I love this recipe, but would like to make it in an Instant Pot.

I just did this in the instapot. Worked out just fine except the potatoes were soggy. I did add about a 1/2 cup extra water but it deff. Didnt need it. I put the potatoes on the bottom with the carrots then put boneless skinless chicken breast on top and poured sauce on. I set it on the chicken setting (15 min) after i pulled out the veggies and chicken i dropped in the greenbeans and put it on saute. Turnes out yummy!

Just made this and omg, it’s good! I used skinless things with bones. I cooked on high for four hours without basting and added the veggies in during the last two hours. Came out tasty and the veggies still had bite to them. A++!
