70 grams of flour
70 grams of Butter
67 grams of milk
4 yellow yolks
1 pinch of salt
6 grams of honey
2 grams of vanilla extract
4 egg whites
73 grams of sugar
Melt the butter in the milk and add the yolks, salt, honey and vanilla extract.
Add the flour as well.
Then beat the egg whites with sugar and add the rest of the batter.
Pour the mixture into a mold of 17 cm in diameter and place it in a pan with water.
Bake at 280°F (140°) for 15 minutes and 300°F (150°) for another 50 minutes.
