Ingredients for 12 people:
– 300 g of flour
– 250 ml of milk
– 100 g Powdered sugar
– 75 g of butter
– 2 eggs
– 1 Lemon untreated
– 1 sack of yeast
– 2 scoops. Poppy seeds coffee
– 1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut butter in slats and melt in a small pan.
Wash the lemon and grate the zest.
Break eggs in a salad bowl and mix with sugar and lemon zest. Whip until the mixture turns white
Add butter and milk and mix again.
Mix together the flour, chemical yeast and salt and incorporate this preparation to the previous one until you get a smooth dough.
Pour 2/3 in buttered muffin tops and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Place in the oven and let cook for about 30 min.
