Light caramel custard

Ingredients for 5 parts :

5 SP – Green / 3 SP – Blue / 3 SP – Purple
500 ml semi-skimmed milk
4 teaspoons stevia
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons liquid caramel


The future flan will be prepared in individual ramekins, pour a tablespoon of caramel into each ramekin and set aside.

Bring the milk and vanilla to the boil in a saucepan, then beat the eggs and stevia in a bowl and slowly whisk in the hot milk.

Then divide the mixture between the ramekins.

Put the ramekins in a large dish and fill it with hot water, so that the bottom of each ramekin is half soaked in this water bath.

Bake for about 40 minutes at 170°C, then remove, cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Then spoon the light caramel flan onto plates and serve.
