Wow! As soon as I saw this, I knew I had everything on hand, had 3 packs of creams cheese, and Oreo’s? It’s a food group in this house. I MADE IT RIGHT THEN!! I couldn’t make it fast enough! Then after putting them in the fridge, I’ve got a batch that I just made but with Mint Oreo’s!! I had to go get more cream cheese. Cashier looked at me like i was insane when I asked if there was more in the back!! I had 14 packs on the counter already. She asked and they did, so I’ve got 20!!! Those layers are magical! Such gorgeous photos, they make me want to reach in so badly. These are a fun and decadent treat that my kiddos would flip for if set in front of them.
Chocolate parfaits! They look awesome! I wonder if I could do something to leave out the cream cheese. Actually, maybe I will replace it with mascarpone (I love cream cheese but not in my desserts!)
