Ingredients
Milk 120g
Egg x1
Sugar 20g
Instant Dry Yeast 3g
Bread Flour 200g
Salt 2g
Unsalted Butter 15g
Method
Add in egg x1, milk 120g, instant dry yeast 3g & sugar 20g, mix it well
Mix the 2g salt with 200g bread flour. Add the mixture into batter & mix till no flour seen
Add the 15g melted unsalted butter into dough, then mix it well
Wrap the dough & ferment it until doubled in size
Sprinkle some bread flour on the dough & mat. Then cut the dough into 3 portions. 1 portion for air fryer recipe, another 2 portions for oven recipe
Oven Recipe
Cut the dough evenly, fold it for few times & roll it into small bubble shape
Each bubble shape dough need to leave some space in between
Place it to ferment to double the size,after that spread on some milk
Bake in preheat oven for 15-18min in 160C
After Baked spread on some melted unsalted butter
Air Fryer Recipe

Over with Aluminum foil, then put in preheat air fryer for 1st bake in 10min 160C
Check after 10min, then remove the aluminum foil and continue air fry for another 5-8min (adjust accordingly)
After Baked spread on some melted unsalted butter
