Ingredients:

2 lb. strawberries
2 sleeves graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 (3.4 oz.) packages instant cheesecake-flavored pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping, divided

Instructions:

Prepare Strawberries: Wash, remove tops, and slice strawberries. Set aside.
Layer Graham Crackers: Line a 13×9 inch baking dish with graham crackers.
Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add pudding mixes and milk; mix until thickened. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
Assemble Cake: Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over graham crackers. Add a layer of strawberries, then another layer of graham crackers. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Garnish and Serve: Top with remaining whipped topping and crushed graham crackers.
