* Ingredients :
° 2 rolls of an 8-carat crescent moon
° 1 – 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
° 1 cup butter
° 1 cup sugar
° 1/2 cup brown sugar
° 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
° 1 12 oz can 7Up
* Instructions :
Preheaat oven 350.
Butter a 9 * 13 baking dish, set aside.
Roll your crescent rolls and cover with about 1 tablespoon of sliced strawberries.
Roll up starting from the end of the log.
In a skillet on heat, dissolve butter.
Once the butter has melted, add the sugar and vanilla and stir until combined, you want it to become granular.
Remove from heat and pour over crescent rolls.
Pour 7up around the sides of the rolls.
Baking about 41 min .
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly until the sauce thickens.
+ Notes :
When mixing the butter and sugar mixture together, it should be granular so that it does not boil over.
You’ll want to let the strawberry pies cool a bit, as this will help thicken the sauce.
Optional but highly encouraged to serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
If you can help her try not to pour the sauce directly over the dumplings themselves, we want them to get a little brown and crunchy.
You don’t have to use 7up, you can use any soda lime/soft drink you like.
You can also use chopped strawberries and not cut into cubes.
Enjoy !
