250g (2 cups) of flour
8 grams (1/2 tablespoon) chemical yeast
A pinch of salt
40 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
120 grams (1/2 cup) water
Sliced smoked turkey
In a bowl, add flour, chemical yeast, salt, olive oil and water and mix. When everything is mixed, knead until it is smooth.
Divide batter into 4 equal parts. Roll up each small ball with a pastry roll and arrange the smoked turkey slices, mozzarella and close with your hands.
Cut the unnecessary part with a pizza cutter and close the calzone with a fork.
Bake on both sides till brown
