  • 225g basmati rice
  • 400g chicken
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic, crushed
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp green chilies, crushed
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 600 ml of water
