* 2 (9 ounce) package oyster crackers
* ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
* 1 (1 ounce) dry ranch seasoning mix
* 1 tsp dried dill
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 250F.
Place oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, dried dill, and garlic powder.
Pour butter mixture over crackers and use a rubber spatula to gently stir until all the crackers are coated.
Transfer crackers to a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
Bake for another 10 minutes, until crackers are toasty. Let cool before serving.
