INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/3 cups) of flour
1 egg
4g (1 tsp) of salt
20g (2 tbsp) of sugar
7g of dry yeast
160ml (2/3 cup) of warm milk
Powdered sugar
Corn oil
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl add the egg, salt, sugar and whisk. Add the flour, yeast, milk and combine them all well together with a spatula. Let it rest for 60 minutes.
With a spoon create the fritters and fry in a deep oil on both sides until golden.
Decorate with powdered sugar.
